If you and/or your teacher have an e-mail address please indicate on your entry form as competitor letters can be e-mailed upon completion. Please do not send cash with entry forms. Cheques should be made out to "Norfolk Musical Arts Festival."
ENGLISH AND FRENCH SPEECH ARTS ENTRIES
For entries from schools, teachers may submit a "generic" entry form indicating "Student 1, Student 2", etc. The entry fees must accompany the original entry and all names must be provided to the Festival Secretary by Friday, January 8, 2010. It is imperative that names are provided as this information is printed in our program and is required for our hall managers, adjudicators and other correspondence. Please note that entry fees will not be refunded should a school or student opt to not compete. The Festival reserves the right to reject any material it deems inappropriate.
MASTER CLASSES/WORKSHOPS
A master class/workshop is an exciting opportunity to perform for and work one-on-one with the adjudicator within a class setting. This class is free for any solo performer who enters THREE or more competitive classes in the respective discipline and is open to all ages. Space is limited. For English and French speech arts, individuals and school groups are welcome and are encouraged. Master classes/workshops will be scheduled upon completion of each discipline.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
It is required that anyone wishing to qualify for a scholarship perform in two or more competitive solo classes in the same discipline, not including quick study or sight reading.

We ask that you please provide your own music stands.
